Friday, 10 October 2019: we released the final version of our Neighbourhood Development Plan. This is the version that voters of Barrowford will vote on in the referendum to be held on 14th November 2019.
The question to be asked in the refereundum is:
Do you want Pendle Borough Council to use the neighbourhood plan for Barrowfordto help it decide planning applications in the neighbourhood area?
For more information on your eligiabilty to vote and how/where to vote, please download Pendle Borough Council's Referendum Information Statement. The referendum area (see map below) is the same as:
- the neighbourhood area, which was designated by Pendle Council on 22 October 2015; and
- the parish of Barrowford.
You can download the Neighbourhood Develeopment Plan itself, and accompanying documents, from this site (see below) and the documents are also available for inspection at the following locations during their normal opening hours:
